We keep this simple. When you contact us through this website or by email, we collect only what you give us, your name, email address, and the details of your project. We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the services you’ve requested.
What we collect
The name and email you submit, the message and project details you send, and any files you choose to share with us for a quote or sample edit.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes and sample edits, and carry out work you commission. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Retention & your choices
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to assist you or meet our records obligations. You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@australisinkpublisher.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
